DMCA and copyright policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
58th Floor AI respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. Send all copyright notices to our designated contact at support@58thfloorai.com with the subject line DMCA Notice.
Sending a takedown notice
Your notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; (3) the URL or other information that lets us locate the material on our site; (4) your name, address, telephone number and email address; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf. We review valid notices promptly, usually within 3 business days, remove or disable access to the material, and notify the affected user. Requests about the use of your likeness or personal photos can be sent to the same address and are handled the same way.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to support@58thfloorai.com that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. We forward valid counter-notices to the complainant and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices. Knowingly making false claims in a notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages.
