These terms govern your use of 58th Floor AI at 58thfloorvideo.com. By creating an account, uploading a photo or buying credits you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
What the service is
58th Floor AI is an independent AI tool that turns two photos into a short stylized two-person performance video. Results are generated automatically by AI models, may vary in quality and likeness, and are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time.
Your photos and acceptable use
Only upload photos of yourself, or photos of people or pets you are authorized to use, and only with the consent of every person shown. Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, politicians or anyone under 18. Do not use the service to create content that is sexual, harassing, defamatory, hateful, deceptive or illegal, to impersonate anyone, or to pass off a generated video as real footage of a real event. You keep ownership of your photos and grant us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service. You are responsible for how you use and share your results. We may refuse, remove or stop processing content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Non-affiliation and parody disclosure
58th Floor AI is an independent AI tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to A COLORS SHOW (COLORS), Anderson .Paak, Cordae, or their record labels, management or distributors. Any references to the 58th Floor trend or to these names are descriptive only, and generated videos are fan-made parody and tribute content. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Credits and payments
Videos are paid for with credits bought in one-time packs; there is no subscription. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout and payments are processed by PayPal. Credits never expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold. The credit cost of each format is shown before you create a video. Credits for a failed generation are returned automatically as described in our refund policy at /refunds.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The service and all AI output are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from photos you upload or content you share. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
