This policy explains what personal data 58th Floor AI (58thfloorvideo.com) collects when you use the site, why we collect it, who processes it for us, how long we keep it and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.
What we collect
Account data: your email address, a display name, a hashed password or sign-in details, and your credit balance and transaction history. Uploads: the photos you choose for each performer, which may include faces or pets. Results: the storyboard images and videos generated from your photos. Payments: order IDs, amounts, currency and status returned by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card or bank details. Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and request logs used for security, rate limiting and fraud prevention.
How we use your photos
Photos you upload are used only to generate the video you request and to run automated quality checks on that video. We never use your photos or results to train AI models, we never sell them, and we never show them publicly, in a gallery, or in marketing. Your files are stored under random, non-guessable addresses and are only shared with you and the processors listed below for the purpose of making your video.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores our database and files (Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2) and delivers our emails. PayPal processes payments under its own privacy policy. When video generation runs, your photos are sent to our AI generation provider (Yir and the underlying model providers it routes to) solely to produce your video. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your basic profile and email with us. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Uploaded photos are deleted automatically by a storage lifecycle rule 7 days after upload. Generated videos, storyboard images and other files made from your photos are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created, so please download any video you want to keep. Account data is kept while your account is open. Payment and credit records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations require, even after account deletion. Security logs are kept for a short period and then rotated.
Cookies
We use only first-party cookies that the site needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a signed device cookie used for abuse prevention, and short-lived values that restore your work after checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we enable privacy-friendly analytics, it measures page visits and funnel steps without recording your photos or videos.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, including deleting uploaded photos and generated videos before the automatic deletion date, by emailing support@58thfloorai.com from the address on your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your data protection authority. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older; we do not knowingly collect data from children, and we will delete it if we learn that we have. We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
